From Ellen
Why I made this for you
I built this because I needed it myself.
There was a period of my life where I lost connection with myself so completely that I no longer recognised the woman I had become.
Not through one event, but through a series of profound initiations.
Trauma.
Burnout.
The long and humbling work of finding my way back to myself.
And later, other seasons that asked something entirely different of me — love, loss, motherhood, and the quiet transformation that comes from beginning again.
What I was looking for didn't exist.
Something that would meet me where I actually was — not ask me to push through it. Something that understood the body, the nervous system, the soul of what was happening — not just the symptoms.
So I built it.
"The source, in almost every woman I have worked with, is the same: she has been living too far from herself for too long."
For over seven years I worked with women in therapeutic retreats. I watched what actually shifts something — and what doesn't. I saw, again and again, that what women needed was not more information about themselves. They needed to find their way back to themselves.
This guide and this practice are distilled from all of it. From the research, from the retreats, from my own long walk back to myself.
I offer it freely. No strings. No agenda. Just the genuine belief that the way home is closer than you think — and that sometimes, all you need is fifteen minutes of being truly held.
With love, Ellen
What women say
“I felt safe.”
"I softened.”
"I remembered."
"I returned to myself."
"I could finally feel."
"I trusted myself again."
You haven't lost yourself. You just haven't had the space to find your way back.
