REPAIR · RESET · REMEMBER
You have worked on your body.
Your mind.
Your relationships.
Your patterns.
Your feelings.
And perhaps you understand yourself much better than you once did.
Still, there can be places where you feel divided.
You know one thing and feel another.
Your body knows something your mind hasn't caught up with.
You keep going while something underneath is asking you to stop.
You don't need another part of yourself to work on.
You are not here to become someone new; you are here to meet more of the woman who is already here.
FIRST, YOU LISTEN FROM THE INSIDE
Each practice begins with your eyes closed.
You are already lying down, or deeply supported.
I ask you to stop looking outward for a while.
Listen from the inside.
Then I speak with you about the theme we are entering.
I speak from what I know, what I have lived and what I have learned.
Let what meets you, meet you.
Then we move into the Yoga Nidra.
By then, you are already inside the work.
A PRACTICE TO RETURN TO
Repair · Reset · Remember is an eight-part self-paced journey.
At the heart of it is a distinct Yoga Nidra practice: a series of meditation techniques that gradually take you deeper into yourself.
You begin by settling your body.
You feel the ground beneath you.
Your attention moves through the body, slowly and systematically.
You notice the breath.
Through deep awareness, relaxation begins to happen.
You don't have to make it happen.
You keep noticing.
We still the mind by stilling the body.
Then the practice becomes quieter.
You settle into the chakra you are working with, spending time with that particular dimension of your experience.
Safety.
Feeling.
Identity.
Connection.
Expression.
Intuition.
Meaning.
Here, words meet you at a different level of attention.
There is imagery.
There is stillness.
There is space for something to arise without needing to explain it immediately.
You don't have to make your mind empty.
My voice gives your attention somewhere to rest.
One instruction leads to the next.
Your mind has something steady to follow.
The breath deepens.
The body becomes still.
The mind becomes quieter.
REPAIR
Some things in you have been hurt.
Some have been carried for a long time.
Some learned to protect you.
Some went quiet.
We begin by creating safety.
You are supported by the ground beneath you.
Your attention comes into the body.
You notice where you are.
The breath becomes an anchor.
And as awareness deepens, the body has a chance to settle.
There is time here.
Time to arrive.
Time to feel supported.
Time to let the body discover that, for these moments, it doesn't have to do so much.
Repair begins here: by giving the body a different experience.
RESET
Some patterns have become so familiar that you stop noticing them.
You tense before anyone has asked anything of you.
You say yes before you have checked whether you mean it.
You keep going long after you know you are tired.
You leave a feeling before you have really felt it.
The practice gives you more room around what is happening.
You feel what is happening while it is happening.
You notice what is automatic.
You begin to see the difference between an old reaction and another possible response.
That space matters.
It is where choice can begin.
At the beginning of each practice, you'll place an intention — a sankalpa.
The same intention returns at the end, when the mind is in its most receptive state.
Then you carry those words with you into the week.
Repetition is part of the method.
REMEMBER
Here, we begin to remember what was never missing.
Some of it is easy to put into words.
Your voice.
Your truth.
Your identity.
Other parts are harder to name.
Your intuition.
Your knowing.
Your feeling of being held.
Your sense that you belong to something larger than the part of you that is always trying to understand.
This is where some of the mystery enters.
As you move further into the practices, they become quieter.
There is more stillness.
More allowing.
Less to add.
Less to figure out.
More time to listen.
More space to feel yourself.
The Crown work asks a different question:
What becomes possible when I don't need to know yet?
And sometimes the answer is not another idea.
It is the experience of being held.
Of loosening your grip.
Of allowing something larger than your own effort to have a place.
There is more holding you than you know.

INTEGRATION
Bringing it all together
These are different places from which you experience yourself.
They are facets of the same whole woman.
WHY YOU RETURN
You will be invited to repeat the practices.
The same recording.
The same sequence.
The same voice.
The same sankalpa.
And yet you come back differently.
What you hear one week may land somewhere else the next.
A practice that mattered for one season may call you back much later.
The practice stays steady. You keep meeting it anew.
You don't have to rush through all eight.
You can pause.
Repeat.
Stay with one for longer.
Your own life will tell you what is ready to be revisited.
THE RECORDINGS
These were recorded live during the original online journey.
You may hear the little imperfections of a live practice.
I didn't polish them out.
A studio recording could never carry what happened in that room.
You are stepping into a practice that was lived before you pressed play.
A WAY BACK
You'll receive the companion workbook, the Practice Card and the Return Sheet.
The workbook holds a question for each practice. Write a paragraph, or three words, or nothing.
The Practice Card is for the days you don't have an hour:
Stop.
Feel your body. Feel the ground. Notice your breath.
What is here? What do I know? What do I need to remember?
You don't have to solve it. You can stay. You can listen.
Trust your own timing.
And the Return Sheet is for later — when life brings a layer back around.
You don't have to begin again. You return to what's alive now.
WHEN LIFE MEETS THE PRACTICE
The recordings end. The practice doesn't.
It enters the way you breathe.
The way you listen.
The choices you make.
This is where it becomes part of your life.
NOTHING HAS TO BE EXILED
You may understand why something has been difficult.
You may feel something you have kept at a distance.
You may hear yourself say something you have known for years.
And sometimes, there is nothing to solve.
Something needed to be felt.
Something needed to be heard.
Something needed to have a place.
Nothing has to be exiled for you to be whole.
INTEGRATION CALL WITH ELLEN
Sometimes the journey opens something you want to bring into the room.
A private 60-minute session is available after the programme.
Bring what surfaced. We'll stay with it together.
