THE KNOWING
You know something, but you keep overriding it.
You think about it again.
You ask someone else.
You make another list.
You find another angle.
You wait for more certainty.
You explain why it probably isn't the right time.
And still, somewhere underneath all that thinking, you know.
Maybe you have known for a while.
Knowing something and trusting yourself enough to live from it are not always the same thing.
I KNOW THIS TERRITORY
I know what it is to sit on something I already knew, circling it, waiting for someone else's certainty to arrive first.
I had to learn what my own knowing actually felt like — and trust it enough to live from it.
LET THE MIND SPEAK
Bring me the thing you cannot seem to settle.
The decision.
The relationship.
The conversation you keep rehearsing.
The choice you keep circling.
I let your mind have its say.
You can tell me everything.
Every argument.
Every possibility.
Every reason why.
Every reason why not.
We slow down enough to hear the machinery itself.
How quickly you leave what you know.
How often you look outside yourself.
How one small knowing can become a problem you spend hours trying to solve.
How you can ask the same question in ten different ways, hoping one of them will finally give you permission to trust the answer.
We don't need to get rid of your mind.
We need to hear what it is doing.
FIND WHAT YOU KNOW
Underneath all the noise, you may already know.
A feeling.
A sentence.
A truth you have been avoiding.
A no.
A yes.
A not yet.
Sometimes you know immediately.
Sometimes you need to stay with it.
Sometimes you discover that you do not know yet.
That matters too.
Often, it lives in the body before it has words — a tightening, a lightness, a quiet certainty that doesn't need a reason.
We stay with it.
I may ask you:
How do you know?
Not to make you justify yourself.
To help you recognise the difference between a thought you have repeated and something you actually know.
We give that knowing shape.
We may write it down.
Speak it aloud.
Bring it into the room so you can meet it.
HOW THE WORK CAN UNFOLD
Much of our work happens through talking things through, asking questions, turning things over and staying with what doesn't yet make sense.
We may stay with a question for a while.
Turn it over.
Look at it from another angle.
We may write.
We may bring a story out of the body and into the conversation — slowly enough to hear what it has been carrying.
And sometimes we need to leave words for a while.
Into the body.
An image.
A sensation.
An intuition.
A practice.
I don't need to know at the beginning what we will need halfway through.
I need to know how to listen when we get there.
TAKE IT BACK INTO YOUR LIFE
You take something from the room back into your life.
A sentence.
A boundary.
A decision.
A question you are no longer willing to avoid.
Maybe you say it aloud.
Maybe you don't act yet.
Maybe you do something and discover that the reality is different from what you expected.
We pay attention to what happens when your knowing meets your actual life.
You notice what becomes easier.
What becomes uncomfortable.
Where you lose yourself again.
What still feels true.
We look at what happened before deciding what it means.
And sometimes the answer is simply:
I know.
I AM PAYING ATTENTION TO THE MOMENTS YOU OVERRIDE YOURSELF
The second-guessing.
The reaching outside yourself.
The need to be certain before you move.
How you can turn one simple knowing into a maze of questions.
How quickly you can find a reason to wait.
How easily someone else's certainty can sound more trustworthy than your own.
How you can keep thinking long after there is anything useful left to think about.
I am watching for the moment you stop trying to make the answer acceptable to someone else.
A breath that changes.
A sentence that comes quietly.
The look in your eyes when you stop searching.
The moment you say:
“I actually know.”
THE WORK LEAVES THE ROOM
You begin to notice yourself in ordinary moments.
You catch the impulse to ask everyone else first.
You hear yourself making a case for something you already know is not right.
You pause before saying yes.
You let a no stand.
You realise that you need more time.
You make a decision without needing everyone to agree with it.
You notice what happens next.
And you bring those moments back.
The real evidence is in how you live with what you know.
OVER TIME
The mind becomes something you can hear without obeying.
You become more familiar with the places where your knowing lives.
You trust yourself more deeply.
Because you know what your own knowing feels like.
You stop needing certainty before you trust yourself.
And slowly, your choices begin to feel like they belong to you.
You stop asking everyone else to tell you what you already know.
THE WAY WE WORK
This is private 1:1 work held for approximately [duration to decide].
We meet approximately fortnightly for 90-minute sessions.
There is space between sessions to take what you are discovering into your actual life and bring what happens back into the work.
You can write to me between sessions when something important happens, when you find yourself overriding what you know, or when a decision becomes clearer through living it.
Our correspondence is part of the work.
The work has a clear structure, but it is not a script.
We follow the question, what you experience, and what you discover when you live with it.
Sometimes you begin with one question and discover another underneath it. We stay close enough to notice when that happens.

HOW TO BEGIN
I don't schedule sessions automatically through the website.
I want the first step to be human.
You can write to me and tell me a little about what you are carrying, what you are trying to decide, or what you already know but keep overriding.
I read every enquiry myself, and give it the attention it deserves. You'll hear from me within 24 hours.
From there, we can feel into whether this is the right place for you.

You know something.
You can begin by listening to what is already there.
