THE GUIDED TRANSFORMATION

A deep one-to-one journey for when you are ready to bring more of yourself into the same room.

You may have worked on yourself for years.

Your body.
Your mind.
Your relationships.
Your patterns.
Your feelings.

You may understand yourself very well.

And still, there are parts of your life that don't quite seem to belong together.

A feeling you understand but still cannot quite reach.

A part of your life that makes sense on paper and does not feel right in your body.

A longing you have learned to live around.

A part of yourself you can feel, but have not yet found your way back to.

This is a place to bring the whole landscape with you.

I KNOW THIS TERRITORY

I know what it is to reach a point where understanding alone is no longer enough.

Where the pieces of your life need to be looked at together.

Where body, mind, feeling, relationship and meaning are no longer separate questions.

That is part of what led me to build this journey.

THE WHOLE WOMAN

You don't have to choose one part of yourself to work on.

The relationship.

The body.

The grief.

The decision.

The exhaustion.

The longing.

The part of you that wants something different.

The part that is afraid of it.

The part that knows.

The part that doesn't know yet.

The parts that seem to contradict each other.

They all belong here.

We don't have to decide which part is the real one.

We can let the different parts be there at the same time.

And sometimes, when there is enough space for that, something begins to make sense in a way it couldn't when you were looking at each piece on its own.

A pattern.

A feeling.

A memory.

A choice.

A desire.

More of you can come into view.

THE CHAKRAS GIVE US A MAP

There are many ways of trying to understand a person.

Psychology gives us one lens.

Medicine gives us another.

The body gives us another.

The chakra system gives us a way of looking at the whole.

Seven centres.

Seven facets of being human.

Safety.
Emotion.
Identity.
Connection.
Expression.
Intuition.
Meaning.

Not seven boxes to put yourself into.

Not seven problems to fix.

A map.

A way of seeing how different parts of your life belong to the same whole.

Where do you feel safe?

What are you feeling?

Who are you?

How do you connect?

What wants to be expressed?

What do you know?

What gives your life meaning?

The map gives us structure.

You give us the landscape.

THE JOURNEY THROUGH THE LANDSCAPE

We move through the seven chakras as doorways.

Grounding.

Feeling.

Identity.

Connection.

Expression.

Inner knowing.

Meaning.

And finally, integration.

But the chakra we are working with is never just a subject for that session.

It opens onto your life.

What is happening in your body.

What you are carrying emotionally.

How you relate to yourself.

How you connect with other people.

What you can say.

What you cannot yet say.

What you know.

What has meaning for you.

We work with the whole woman through each doorway.

A memory surfaces.

An old pattern suddenly looks different.

A sensation matters more than it did a moment ago.

An image. A colour. A symbol.

A feeling you don't yet have words for.

You don't have to know what it means straight away.

We stay with it.

We listen.

We see what becomes clearer.

I LISTEN FOR WHAT IS THERE

You bring your real life into the room.

You tell me what is happening.

I listen to your words.

I listen to your body.

I notice what changes while you speak.

Where something opens.

Where you contract.

Where you move away.

Where you become very still.

Where something suddenly has energy.

And I listen for the things that have not found words yet.

The feelings that have been pushed aside.

The parts of you that have been exiled.

The places where you learned to go quiet.

The knowing that has not yet become a sentence.

The thing you almost say — and then move away from.

And sometimes several things are alive at once.

We don't have to choose between them.

I listen with you.

Not to become the person who knows you better than you know yourself.

To help you hear more of what is already there.

THE WORK MOVES THROUGH THE WHOLE WOMAN

This work is not only conversation.

Every session brings us into the body. Every session includes Yoga Nidra.

We work with sensation, breath, energy, feeling and the places in the body where experience has been held.

A story that has been living in the body can be met differently, once you stop only talking about it.

An image. A symbol. A colour. A memory. A sensation that carries more than words can.

Sometimes we leave words behind for a while.

We follow the body. We follow an image. We follow an intuitive thread. We work with energy — whichever the moment is actually asking for.

The work is not a collection of techniques.

Each practice has a place because of what is happening in you.

I bring the experience and discernment to know when something needs to be felt, when it needs to be explored, when it needs more time, and when it is ready to move.

THE SPACE BETWEEN SESSIONS

The space between sessions is part of the journey too.

I check in with you between sessions, because important things often happen there.

You have had time to live with something.

A practice has landed.

A feeling has stayed.

Something has happened in your relationship.

A memory has returned.

You have noticed yourself responding differently.

We stay in contact with what is unfolding, so the next session doesn't begin from scratch.

What happens between us becomes part of the work.

YOUR INNER LANDSCAPE

As the journey deepens, your inner landscape can become surprisingly clear.

At first, you may feel there is nothing there to describe.

Then something arrives.

A tightness that has a shape to it.

A colour that comes before the word for it does.

A door. A weight. A low hum of movement, somewhere in the belly.

A memory with no story attached to it yet.

You don't need to name what kind of thing it is.

We can stay curious.

And as you pay attention, the landscape becomes more familiar.

You begin to recognise what keeps returning, without needing to know yet what it means.

What changes.

What has been waiting.

What belongs to you.

This is part of learning to know yourself from the inside.

YOUR EXPERIENCE TELLS US WHERE TO GO

The journey has a clear structure.

We may spend more time somewhere than we expected.

A question from one session may follow us into the next.

A small thing may turn out to be the real one.

What you thought needed changing may first need to be understood.

What you thought you already understood may ask, later, to be felt.

The structure holds the journey.

Your experience tells us where to go.

I bring the map, the experience and the practices.

You bring what is alive.

Together, we follow what is actually there.

WHAT BEGINS TO BECOME POSSIBLE

Something breaks open. Something softens.

You may finally feel something you have been talking about for years.

A pattern may become so clear you can no longer unknow it.

Or nothing dramatic happens at all — you become more able to stay.

With grief.

With uncertainty.

With desire.

With beauty.

With complexity.

With what you know.

With what you don't know yet.

More of you becomes available.

AND THEN IT BECOMES YOUR LIFE

The work cannot remain inside our sessions.

It enters the ordinary.

A conversation.

A boundary.

A different pace.

A new relationship with rest.

A decision.

A willingness to want something.

A willingness to let something go.

The way you speak to someone you love.

The way you meet your own body.

The moment you notice yourself responding differently.

You may not recognise the change at first.

And then one day:

something in the way you live has become different.

You keep tending to what has opened.

You repeat what matters.

You bring your attention back.

The inner landscape becomes familiar.

What once felt vague becomes recognisable.

What once felt separate begins to belong together.

You begin to live from a landscape you once could barely name.

THE FINAL SESSION

The eighth session is where we let the journey gather itself.

What did you discover?

What became more visible?

What do you know now?

What do you want to remember?

What needs to stay close?

There is no final version of you to arrive at.

There is only what has become more yours.

THE WAY I HOLD THE WORK

I don't need to know before we begin exactly what you will need in session six.

I know the terrain.

I know how to listen.

I know how to work with the body, the feelings, the energy, the intuition — whichever the moment is actually asking for.

I know how to stay with what has surfaced without rushing to make it mean something.

And I know when something is asking for more time.

The structure gives us somewhere to begin.

My job is to listen closely enough to know when the work is asking to go somewhere else.

One final read

Yes. Now I think we stop editing.

There are a few sentences I would especially notice in your final body-read:

The map gives us structure. You give us the landscape.

The parts of you that have been exiled.

Every session brings us into the body. Every session includes Yoga Nidra.

A door. A weight. A low hum of movement, somewhere in the belly.

I know the terrain.

There is no final version of you to arrive at. There is only what has become more yours.
